The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of Gothenburg, close to the waterfront and just in front of the tramway, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and the dining room for breakfast on the roof is charming. The hotel also has a unique restaurant that adds a special touch to the experience.
One negative aspect is that the tramway in front of the hotel can be noisy, especially for light sleepers.

Arrived late but no problem, given a charming room with every convenience. A great deal of thought had gone into everything. Very reasonable rate, with an comfortable bed. Luxurious and abundant breakfast. Great location, right in the centre of the city. Close to bus station.
Couldn't fault. Really kind staff, cute hotel bar.

Here fulfilled all our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities and impeccable service. the spacious room had unique decor with room advantages and private facilities. Delicious food was served in the restaurant with special diet menus. the location was fantastic for exploring the city's attractions.
Although the bar/lounge area was stylish and inviting, the ambiance was ruined by the loud live entertainment from the night club below. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy drinks.

I was actually surprised by my recent stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and the decor was lovely. The highlight for me was the bar and brasserie, where the food and drinks were excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even better. a nice experience.
